HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PENDANT?
 

Once your order is placed, our Colorado team will process and ship it within 3–5 business days. From there, delivery times depend on your location. In some cases, if we're processing too many orders, the shipping may take up to 14 business days. 

WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PENDANT? CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
 

We proudly stand by our products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your American Eagle Pendant for a full refund.
 

To qualify, the Pendant must be returned in good condition (not damaged). Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
